We inspect all items carefully before shipping. If for some reason you receive an item and are not satisfied with it, please notify us immediately. If it is a manufacturing or defect issue, we will offer a replacement or refund your money and credit you the amount you paid for return shipping.
If the item is not a clearance, sale, or bargain bin item, and you are not satisfied with it, please notify us immediately. If the item is returned (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless it is a defect issue) in it's original, unused condition within 30 days, we will either issue you a refund or replace with another item of your choosing. Please note, the item you purchased may no longer be available in a different size. We will do our best to make sure you get exactly what you want.
